Bridging Barriers holds the right to keep certain personal data relating to our members in order to carry out its basic roles, including but not restricted to programme maintenance and marketing communications. We are committed to protecting your privacy and security.

Why and how do we collect your personal data?

Data is held for the main purpose of contacting you about our events. This helps us keep you informed with what is going on, as you are a member of the Bridging Barriers community. The data we hold is limited to your contact details and employment status. Most often, data is provided by members directly, though at times it is received from third parties, by means of referral.

No, your data is kept between you and us.

How long do we store your personal data for?

We hold on to member data only for the duration of their participation in the mentoring programme.

What rights do you have?

Every right relating to your personal information. You can ask us to:

  • Have the data erased if it is no longer necessary.
