Personalised mentoring

Mentees receive goal-oriented one-to-one mentoring and have the opportunity to choose mentors whose experience, industry and career journeys align with their own aspirations and ambitions.

Employer-led workshops and sector insight

Young people gain direct exposure to professionals, employers and industries they may not otherwise have access to.

Exposure to professional environments

From networking events to employer visits, participants gain valuable exposure to professional settings, building confidence and expanding their understanding of the working world.

Accountability and progression tracking

Structured goal-setting and regular check-ins help participants stay focused, measure progress and take meaningful steps towards their career goals.
