Initial Application
Young people apply through our website by completing a structured application form outlining their background, goals and motivations.
Vetting & Assessment
Applicants complete a four-stage vetting process assessing: commitment, career focus, professional readiness, and programme fit.
Careful Matching
Mentees gain access to a curated mentor network and choose the mentor that best aligns with their aspirations.
6 Months Mentoring
Participants receive regular one-to-one mentoring focused on career planning, CV and interview preparation, confidence building, industry insight, and professional decision-making.
Employer Insight & Networking
